The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) vide General Circular No. 37/2011 dated 28.07.2011, which supersedes Ministry’s Circular No. 9/2011 and 25/2011 dated 31.03.2011 and 12.05.2011 respectively, has mandatory required following class of companies to file their financial statements for the Financial Year 2010-11 onwards by using XBRL taxonomy:-
Companies listed in India and all their Indian subsidiaries
Companies having paid up capital of Rs. 5 Crores and above
Companies having turnover of Rs. 100 Crores and above
and exempted following Class of Companies to file their financial statements using XBRL taxonomy, till further orders:-
Banking Companies, Insurance Companies, Power Companies and Non Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs)
Conversion process of Financial Statements
The process of conversion of financial statements is very simple, safer and time saving through XBRLCA. The financial data can be converted into XBRL with the support of XBRLCA for which a simple procedure has to be followed:-
Sign up as a user.
A unique password will be generated and redirected to user e-mail address.
User has to change the password for security purpose.
Place an order and on-line quotation will be generated
Confirm order by depositing the amount into banks account.
User will add details of the company alongwith uploading of documents in excel, word and pdf format.
The output generated shall be sent for review
After review final XBRL generated document shall be transferred.
